Terminal Locations

EUROGATE will be found at various locations in Europe.  Jointly with Contship Italia, we operate nine container terminals in Germany, Italy, Portugal and Marocco. The largest container ports belonging to EUROGATE-Contship Group are Bremerhaven in the North and Gioia Tauro in the South; the terminal with the strongest growth is Hamburg.  All terminals have good connections with the hinterland.

EUROGATE Group’s head office is in the Free and Hanseatic City of Bremen.  The holding company, EUROGATE GmbH & Co. KGaA, KG, is located here.  The headquarters of Contship Italia S.p.A. is located in the major Italian industrial city of Milan.  The Italian network is managed from there, consisting of container ports in Gioia Tauro, La Spezia, Cagliari, Ravenna and Salerno.
